Life as a student in Europe has its ups and downs. I’m proud to be working toward my degree in hotel and restaurant business, but being so far from Sakhalin Island often leaves me feeling sad and disconnected. The cost of living in this city makes things even harder—it’s difficult to manage expenses while focusing on my studies. Despite these challenges, I keep reminding myself why I started this journey and what I hope to achieve.
